1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SolTip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Service Description
SolTip is a non-custodial tool that facilitates Solana Pay transactions between supporters and creators. We provide the interface to build transactions but do not hold, manage, or control your funds at any time.
3. Fees
SolTip charges a **1% platform fee** on every successful tip. This fee is automatically deducted during the transaction process on the blockchain. Network "gas" fees are separate and paid by the supporter directly to the Solana network.
4. Finality & Refunds
All transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible. SolTip cannot refund tips, reverse transactions, or recover funds sent to the wrong address.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use SolTip for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the sale of prohibited goods and services. We reserve the right to disable creator pages that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
SolTip is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for blockchain network downtime, wallet software failures, or loss of funds due to user error.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SolTip be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
